1. Payment Terms
All payments for any service tier are 100% required upfront before work begins. Once the project process has started, payments are non-refundable.
2. Diagnostic & Quick Fix Services (€50–€250)
- If you cancel before work begins, your payment is refunded in full.
- Once an audit or session has started, the payment is non-refundable.
- Delivered audit reports are non-refundable, as the value is transferred upon delivery.
3. Development Projects (€1,000–€3,000)
- The full project fee is paid upfront, before work begins — there are no deposits, milestone invoices or partial payments.
- Once the project process has started, the payment is non-refundable.
- If I cannot complete the agreed work, I will tell you immediately and we will agree a written remedy — for example handover of all work in progress and referral to another professional.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email hello@thumbkind.dev with your invoice number and reason. Requests are reviewed within 5 business days and approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
